What Qualifies?

  • Won’t turn on or charge
  • Leaking heavily
  • Not hitting or tasting burnt right away

What You’ll Need

Just bring the item back with either:

  • Your receipt
  • Or an account with us — we can look up your purchase

No Time Limit

If it’s a real defect, we’ll take care of it — no matter when you notice it. We’d rather replace a bad one than have you stuck with it.
