Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects

• You may request an exchange for any device with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.
• To process your exchange, the device must be returned with the original receipt.

In-Store Credit

• In certain cases, we may offer in-store credit for specific products.
• To be eligible, the product must:
  • Be in the same condition it was sold, unopened, and in the original box.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt.

No Cash Refunds
